Our Monorail cane systems are an economical choice for lifting and transporting product along a fixed path. Perfect for production processes such as painting or moving raw materials; a monorail system is typically mounted to an existing overhead structure to preserve floor space or can be customized to meet company, production, and safety specifications. Monorails unlike cranes that are fixed within one bay span can run through multiple bays and column lines in both the x and y directions. This flexibility omits double handling of loads when paths or destinations remain constant.
Enclosed Track Monorails
Our Enclosed Track Monorails offers modular designs that provide ultimate flexibility. They can be integrated into a total system with extra track, curves, interlocks and switches. Features and benefits include: Steel or Aluminum track, ease of installation, easy movement, and long life. Enclosed track systems are ideal for light capacities with manual trolleys.
Patented Track Monorails
Patented Track monorail systems are commonly used in manufacturing and warehousing. Monorails can be used to bring products through the entire manufacturing process without the need for it to ever touch the ground. Systems can be as simple as a traveling hoist, or as complex as a custom engineered automatic dispatch system. Patented track systems can reach much higher capacities than enclosed track systems.
Switch & Curve Monorails
Monorail systems utilize switches and curves to allow for multiple paths and destination for hoists and their loads. Complex switch system can navigate from one end of a facility to the other along various past and entering any number of specific areas.
Interlock Monorail System
Interlocking monorail systems connect with underhung bridge cranes which allow for the hoist to exist the bridge crane and take different paths as described before. This is similar to interlocking cranes.
